Black LGBTQIA+ Gathering (Black History Month special)

Join us for a special gathering for Black History Month, celebrating and connecting the Black LGBTQIA+ community in Scotland. This in-person event will be held on Thursday, October 12 at The Dream Machine, 257 London Road, Glasgow, G40 1PE.

This event aims to create a safe and inclusive space where we can build connections, uplift one another - and most importantly have fun!

We will also share a collective meal, in potluck style at the beginning of the event. We will provide a vegan-friendly dish and snacks so don't worry if you can't bring anything.

The event will be held across two rooms at the Dream Machine, one room will be a chill space with films showing from 7-8pm and the other room will be a social/creative room with music and arts materials where you can chat, dance or make some art.

Important information

If you need travel expenses reimbursed we can do this for you, just keep your receipt and bring it along with you. If there is anything else that would help you to access the event then please let us know.

Cancellations

Please cancel your ticket if you are no longer able to attend, we ask that you do this 48-24 hours before hand so that the space can be given to someone else.
